SAYING ‘I LOVE YOU’
Tip Sheet suggests having your message broadcast in LED glory on one of Paris’s 170 municipal bulletin boards (paris.fr). For something more low tech, the graffiti artist Andre (lovegraffiti.com) will sneak out and inscribe your love’s name on a wall. OK, technically it’s not legal. But nothing spices romance like a bit of danger.
