29 September 2017—The World is all set to embrace the iconic iPhone 8 this fall.

Things have surely changed since then, isn’t it?

Out of various Apple gadgets from dashboard GPS units, PDA’s, Camcorders, and iPods it’s just the iPhone which has set a benchmark for excellence. Fighting the ubiquity of common Smartphones, iPhone undoubtedly the ‘father of all phones’.  At this moment, Apple itself is the most significant organization on the planet, with a market top of around seventy five percent of a trillion dollars, all possible because of the success of iPhone over the years.

Let’s take a quick tour through Apple iPhone’s revolutionary journey.

2007: The Commencement

The year when it all started! The first iPhone 4GB variant was launched with 3.5 inch diagonal screen, 2 Mega pixel camera. Sources have stated that massive queues of people were seen outside the Apple Stores all across the world on the day of launch.

2008: iPhone 3G Model

A year after the launch of first iPhone, Steve Jobs unveiled the successor, the iPhone 3G. The gadget includes GPS, 3G information, tri-band UMTS/HSDPA, and new plastic polycarbonate housing. More storage more speed came with half the price compared to previous iPhone version.

2009: iPhone 3G S and iPhone OS 3.0

At WWDC 2009 Steve Jobs rolled out the next most significant phone in the history—iPhone 3GS. This iPhone incorporated better performance and a 3-megapixel camera with higher resolution and video capturing. Alongside the iPhone 3GS, Apple also presented 0S 3.0. A remarkable update to the iPhone environment bringing more than 100 new useful features, including cut-and-paste usefulness, parental controls, multimedia messages and stereo Bluetooth.

2010: iPhone 4

Released on 24th of June 2010 iPhone 4, the main selling points of this hand set were Facetime video calling, VGA front face camera, 5 MP Camera with LED flash, superior retina display and more. The designed was almost 24 percent thinner than the previous iPhone variant making it none less than most wanted gadget of the year.

2011: iPhone 4s

Embedded with all the features of iPhone 4 but with a dual core processor (the one that is used in iPad even now). The first iPhone released while Tim Cook is CEO, the 4s’ greatest offering point is the introduction of Siri, which kickstarts an enthusiasm for AI over entire Silicon Valley.

2012: iPhone 5

Slimmer, faster and smarter! iPhone 5 came with a taller show in near 9:16 aspect ratio, a Lightning connector, which replaces the 30-stick connector utilized on past iPhones.

2013: iPhone 5c/5s

2013 the year when Apple broke all conventions by offering two particularly unique new iPhone models: the primary Phone 5s with Touch ID, and a bright, bring down spec adaptation called the iPhone 5c available in various color variants.

2014: iPhone 6/ 6 Plus

Apple flaunts its greatest (no pun intended) version of iPhone in years, with completely updated design variables measured at 4.7 inches and 5.5 for the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. A combined 10 million units were sold in the opening weekend.

2015: iPhone 6s/Plus

iPhone 6 came with a strong body, and highlight enhanced equipment and Apple’s pressure sensitive  3D Touch input. The iPhone 6s and 6s plus went on sale by September 2015. Interestingly more than 13 million units were sold in the opening weekend itself.

2016: iPhone 7 and 7 Plus

iPhone 7 and 7 Plus were launched in September 2016 in the most appealing design ever. An improved Camera allowing you to capture stunning pictures, audio jack being replaced by AirPods, A 10 fusion quad core processor. What more could we wish for?

2017: iPhone Turns 10!

The entire world is excited about the launch of iPhone. And what makes it more remarkable is the all new iOS 11. Can’t wait for September, right?
