To get right to it, there are two sealed doors in this Lost Ark dungeon, and there are Seeds behind both of them. To get past these doors, players must dispatch three groups of Heretics and free their Devotees, taking great care to avoid accidentally killing any of the non-hostile villagers. The best way to prevent the accidental death of a Devotee is to pull the Heretics away before fighting them, and fans can use the following information and the green marks on the map below to locate these enemies.

MMORPG fans should descend the stairs and turn right at the bottom to find the first group of Heretics. The second group gathers near the altar in the sanctuary. Descend the stairs and eliminate the Heretics that are gathered near the bottom. Then continue to follow the path forward to find another few enemies that must be slain.
Lost Ark: Blackrose Basement Mokoko Seed Locations
1: The first Mokoko Seed is next to a red chair that sits near to two desks. 2: Lost Ark players will find this Mokoko Seed next to a stack of books that is by a burning brazier. 3,4,5: This is one of the rooms that fans will be able to access after slaying the Heretics, and there are three Mokoko Seeds on the ground inside it. 6,7: This is the other room that remains sealed until the Heretics have been dispatched, and the Mokoko Seeds are once again on the floor. 8: The final Mokoko Seed sits right next to some pots.
One final thing to mention is that players will not be able to backtrack in Blackrose Basement after they have engaged the dungeon’s boss. Players should thus take care to collect all eight Lost Ark Mokoko Seeds before they reach the end. Fans that do not heed this advice may find that they have missed a Seed or two, and they will be forced to restart the dungeon if they want to obtain them.
